Welcome back to The Pedal Guy VLOG series on building a pedalboard. In this episode, I'm going to help you with choosing a power supply for your board. While this is not the sexiest part of this series, it's certainly one of the essential elements to building a solid pedal board that will stand the test of time. A good power supply will keep your pedals powered and hopefully noise free so long as you follow the guidelines I list in this video including the number of outputs, power requirements, and of course budget. I then follow up these guidelines by showing you some of my favorite power supplies that I use often including Mooer Audio, Outlaw Effects, Ortega, Palmer Audio, and EBS. Any of these would be fine solutions. Additionally I show you the Outlaw Effects Nomad Rechargeable Pedalboard, which serves two purposes, to be a pedalboard and to be a noise free power supply. I hope you enjoy it.
