Have you ever tried this? This is called a “Lemon Posset” And it only takes 3 ingredients you most likely already have! It’s sweet, creamy and has a crème brûlée style topping!

⚫️5 lemons cut in half filling removed
⚫️1 full lemon zest
⚫️1 full lemon juice
⚫️2 cups heavy cream
⚫️2/3 cup sugar
🍴Steps🍴
1)Start by mixing together your heavy cream and sugar in a medium sauce pan. heat this till a heavy simmer for 8 minutes, remove from heat and stir in lemon zest / juice.
2)Transfer the liquid into your serving dishes or halved lemons. place in fridge for 30minutes - overnight.
3)add a small amount of sugar to the top of the lemon and using a blow torch toast the sugar. And enjoy!
