These cookies are one of the easiest keto desserts you will ever make!!
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup powdered sweetener
1 egg
Optional:
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix all ingredients, roll into 10 1.5 inch balls, spread out on parchment lined baking sheet.
3. Press down with fork twice.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until they begin to turn slightly darker.
5. Take out, let cool, and enjoy!
