Cantine Lizzano (Puglia, Italy), one of the farms involved in DEMETER tells us about their activities in the project. They work on the pilot "Decision Support System to support olive growers" which aims to develop a DSS for olive tree growers, advisers and agri-food processors to address common issues associated with olive tree growing and olive oil production, including fertilisation, irrigation and integrated pest management.
