When i woke up this early morning suddenly all i can think about was the warm steam of a dim sum dish from Mang Faa Hoo Restaurant in Peel st, Central HK. I miss a morning tea time with Bobo ( grandma ) in Hong Kong. So i made this steamed curtard buns but i made a special buns which is the Rose Buns.
I am so sorry no recipe to share for now. I just woke up and start to work with my dough and custard and forgot to take any video or take a note about the recipe. But hope you enjoy my video.
