Ditai has 16 sets of large plastic vacuum forming machines, of which there is one full-auto plastic vacuum forming machine. The maximum forming dimension can reach 4000*2000mm, which is currently the largest plastic vacuum forming machine in Guangdong. This machine is designed by the General Manager of Ditai Mr. Zou Dehong, we are able to control considerably well concerning the temperature and vacuum suction strength so as to ensure to fabrication of the perfect products.
The vacuum forming method is divided into positive molding forming/male molding and negative molding forming/ female molding.
Depending on the characteristics and requirements of the product, we will recommend the customer use the male mold or female mold for forming. according to the product appearance, dimensional control, assembly requirements, thickness requirements, etc.
For some products with high heights and large stretching ranges, direct molding may not be able to meet the molding requirements, then we need to make an upper mold or auxiliary molding tools to help the product better molding in place.
For some polyhedral products or some products with a right-angle surface and a small draft angle, to reduce the surface of the product may produce shrinking remarks due to the violent shrinkage of the material, or the material stacking molding thickness deviation, we will use bulge technology, first blow up the softened sheet, so that the sheet fully extended upward, bulging, and then attached to the mold for molding, to achieve better blister effect and more uniform products thickness.
