The PNY RTX 3070 XLR8 Gaming REVEL EPIC-X used for todays video has been overclocked 115mhz to the core and 1000mhz to the memory, this results in a 5 to 10 fps boost in games. But this footage as been recorded by using Nvidia shadow play so what you are seeing on screen is closer to stock results than overclocked.
