So, it will be possible to have some limited flying ability in the Dragonflight zones from the start of the next World of Warcraft expansion. This will be in the form of the more limited dragonriding. It does everything that you'd need it to do to make questing easier and less time consuming, but it's not quite the same as full flying. This is fine as we don't get flying early in an expansion anyway. But what if the plan is to never bring full flying into Dragonflight?
