The much anticipated ruling by the Supreme Court is expected on Wednesday, ending weeks of anxious wait for the participants of the Presidential petition, that resulted in nullification of the August 8th presidential election.

The IEBC is also on edge hours before the landmark ruling, that would give reasons for the nullification. On the back of that ruling, is a possible de-gazettement of the election date of October 17th. and as Ken Mijungu reports, the ruling will no doubt potent a lot for Kenya, the independent institutions and the entire Africa.
