Masala jolada rotti. Easy and very healthy gluten free paratha recipe.
Ingredients:
Jowar flour/Sorgham flour - 1 .5cup
Water - 1 cup
Salt - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2tsp
Jeera/cumin powder- 1tsp
Ajwain/oma - 1tsp
Onion - 1/2 cup chopped
Carrot - 1/4 cup grated
Green capsicum - 1/4 chopped
Green chilli - 1 tbsp chopped
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup chopped
Ginger - 1tbsp grated
Curry leaves - 2 tbsp chopped
Oil for patting and roasting
Banana leaf/butter paper/plastic cover for patting
