Here's the video of my PB spanish mackerel by a looong way. Went 35kg and 176cm, whole fight took just under 25 minutes. Did not fit in the hatch and I had to swim the kayak back in to ensure everything stayed upright.
Also saw a big shark come sniffing around while I was hooked up to the fish which scared the shit outta me. Very lucky that it didn't choose to take a bite (of me or the fish).
Fish was caught near Noosa on the Sunshine Coast in QLD, Australia.
