I love these raw vegan cacao energy balls. They are a special treat after a workout or to take to a potluck. Quick and easy to make and very versatile.
I make these when I’m running out of superfoods, to kind of use them all and the make a big shopping run and get all the new batch of fresh, new superfoods. These are my energy balls:
Cocoa powder
Nuts (1-2 types)
Chia seeds
Cinnamon
Moringa powder
Dates
Chaga mushrooms
You can add flax seeds for fiber, hemp seeds for protein, whatever you want
Coconut oil is another great add on
Blend, turn into balls. Really awesome, yummy and energizing without spiking your blood sugar!
Great anti inflammatory properties.
Keep them in the fridge overnight and enjoy!
