I tried to win this Calisthenics 1 Rep Max competition without training for it.
This competition is most loved by the street lifting community that likes weighted calisthenics. The exercises that you compete in during these ones are weighted muscle up, weighted pull ups, weighted dips, and squats. You need to lift as heavy as possible also called 1 rep max and for every kg you get 1 point, the one with the most points in the end wins.
