In this video, I am showing you how I personally make a quick salve when one of the boys in my house gets a bruise, noggin floggin, pulled muscle, etc. This is NOT a step-by-step tutorial where things are measured out perfectly. I make these often and whip them together using my eye and knowledge of how strong herbs are. Since I was making one anyway, I figured I would show you!
