Showing how I conceal my full sized 4" barrel Smith and Wesson 686. I am using a DeSantis right hand Thumb Break Scabbard leather holster. It is compatible with the Ruger GP100 4", the Colt Python 4", the Dan Wesson 16/2 series 4" and all of the Smith and Wesson 4" 6-shot L frame revolvers (581, 586, 681, and 686).
