We build this Total Composites expedition camper with the HunterRMV team, Glueing up the walls and ceiling to the floor after we test fit these panels and the extrusions to them in the last video. We lift the ceiling panel onto stands, apply the adhesive sealant to the floor extrusions and glue in the walls, and then lower the ceiling panel onto the front and side walls to complete the build of this Total Composites expedition camper onto my customized EarthCruiser CORE #4 Mitsubishi Fuso Canter 4x4 chassis. I also show and talk about how close I was able to get this composite camper to the Fuso cab, and the cab pass thru frame to maximize having a 16 foot camper on a 133" wheelbase chassis.
I share with you my DIY build-out experience of this composite camper that I plan to use this expedition camper on this truck chassis for long-term domestic and global travels with its Offroad all-season capable expedition truck with four-wheel drive for full-time DIY RV travels, adventures and exploration.
