In this video we’re going to take a look at some rare dialogue with Jack during the Grissom Academy mission in Mass Effect 3. I’ll also share a few other minor details and unique dialogue so stick around to the end to see it all.

In order to get this dialogue, you’ll need to meet a few requirements.

First, you need to select Jack as the biotic expert during the final mission in Mass Effect 2. This is the part where she holds a biotic barrier to shield your team from the seeker swarms.

Next you need to complete Priority Tuchanka - the mission where you cure the genophage - before rescuing the students at Grissom Academy. This is tricky because you basically need to go straight from Tuchanka to Grissom without going to the Citadel. The Cerberus coup triggers on your next Citadel visit after dispersing the genophage cure, and once the coup happens you can no longer complete Grissom Academy.

However, if you manage to do all of this, then Shepard and Jack will have some unique dialogue about Mordin when you ask about the biotic squad. This is a callback to Mass Effect 2 where Mordin may give Shepard some love advice if the Commander is in a romance.
