Texas, 1993. A group of road workers were out working in the brutal summer heat. As they went about their jobs, one of them would make a gruesome discovery. It was a crime that would leave the most experienced officers in shock and they knew they were in a race against time. They would have to use all of their knowledge and skill to stop a ruthless killer, before they stuck again.
