Gingerbread Cake 🎄| Gingerbread Cake Recipe| Easy & Quick!

This gingerbread cake recipe is so moist and soft, the best gingerbread cake made with simple ingredients & Simple Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting you can make for Christmas and Holiday season!

♦️ Ingredients:
Oil/ butter 1/2 cup
Brown sugar 1/2 cup
Powdered white sugar 1 Tbl spoon
1 large egg
Vanilla essence 1 tspn / few drops
Flour 1+ 1/4 cup
Baking soda 1Tspn
Ginger powder 1/2 - 1 tspn
Cinnamon powder 1 tspn
1/2 cup yogurt

♦️ Cream Cheese Frosting:
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
Vanilla essence few drops/ 1 tspn
2 Tbl spoon powdered sugar


🔥 Bake at 175-180C ( 347-350F ) for 25-30 min. Or until done!
