The Institute for Government hosted the fourth annual lecture by its director, Bronwen Maddox.
In her speech, Bronwen looked at Boris Johnson’s programme and the implications for government in Whitehall and throughout the UK.
The event was chaired by Sir Richard Lambert.
There was an opportunity for questions from the audience.
