Here is an easy guide on How to Beat Archdemon Razikale in Dragon Age The Veilguard during the Seige of Weisshaupt quest. This is a big difficulty spike and the boss itself has three phases that you have to go through. I mainly focus on the third phase, which is what I found to be the most challenging one as there are a bunch of entities that spawn in that you have to take care of as well. Depending on your class, you can use your arranged weapons to deal damage overtime and then when the weak spots appear, I would recommend targeting them. I would recommend saving your ultimate attack for when they have a weak spot open, because then you can take it down really quickly and make this boss a whole lot easier.
