Rozpoczęły się prace rozbiórkowe biurowca Atrium International. W tym miejscu, przy skrzyżowaniu ul. Grzybowskiej i Al. Jana Pawła II, w miejscu nieczynnego Atrium International, stanie 34-kondygnacyjny budynek Upper One projektu śląskiej pracowni Medusa Group. Inwestor, którym jest firma STRABAG Real Estate, zapowiada oddanie obiektu do użytku w 2026 roku. W ramach inwestycji pod nazwą Upper One powstaną w sumie dwa budynki: 34-kondygnacyjny biurowiec i 17-kondygnacyjny hotel, oferujące odpowiednio 36 tys. i około 11 tys. m² powierzchni użytkowej. Deweloper otrzymał już pozwolenia na wyburzenie stojącego w tym miejscu budynku Atrium International. Rozbiórka rozpocznie się w pierwszym kwartale 2023 r.
Demolition work on the Atrium International office building has begun. In this place, at the intersection of ul. Grzybowska and Al. Jana Pawła II, in the place of the closed Atrium International, there will be a 34-storey Upper One building, designed by the Silesian studio Medusa Group. The investor, which is STRABAG Real Estate, announces that the facility will be commissioned in 2026. As part of the Upper One investment, a total of two buildings will be built: a 34-storey office building and a 17-storey hotel, offering 36,000 sq. and about 11 thousand. m² of usable area. The developer has already obtained permits to demolish the Atrium International building on this site. Demolition will begin in the first quarter of 2023.
