✅ Ingredients:
• 4 eggs
• cherry tomatoes – 2 oz | 50 g
• cream cheese – 2 oz | 50 g
• milk – 2 tbsp
• butter – 1,5 tbsp
• fresh parsley – 1 tbsp
• ground black pepper – to taste
• salt – to taste
✅ You will need:
• carving board
• bowl
• pan
📙 Preparation:
1. Cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges and chop up the parsley.
2. Whisk well or beat with a fork the eggs, salt and pepper to taste, and milk.
3. Heat a pan over medium heat, add the butter and parsley, fry for a minute over medium heat.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook over medium heat.
5. In 20 seconds when the omelette hardens, reduce the heat to low and gather the omelette to the center with a spatula so that the eggs dripping at the edges.
6. Add the cream cheese and cherry tomatoes on one half of the omelette.
7. Fold twice the omelet with the spatula.
8. Cook for another minute over low heat.
9. Flip the omelette onto a plate.
10. Serve the omelette hot with salad or pickles to your taste having added toast or croissant.
