Today we present a case of 26 year old male, never smoker who presented with significant weight loss over 6-9months. Evaluated outside with CT thorax which showed a 11 by 8mm nodule in Right upper apical segment. Mantoux was positive, He was referred for further evaluation. Radial EBUS guided cryobiopsy was taken using 1.1mm cryoprobe after tool-in-lesion confirmation with cone beam guidance. Histopathology showed Necrotising granulomatous inflammation.
