For the New Year, I offer a delicate and very tasty Mimosa salad for the festive table. Salad with sardines. As a dressing, mayonnaise mixed with pollock caviar. The salad turned out amazing!
This salad is also suitable for the Keto diet. Very tender salad!
Ingredients
For the salad:
1 can canned sardines
Eggs (boiled) 4 pcs.
Onions 1/2 onion
Homemade mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp.
Pollock caviar 1-2 tsp.
Carrot 1 piece
If desired, you can add a cheese layer.
