I have noticed that with my Panasonic GH5 and a monopod, I can mimic gimbal kind of smoothness and stabilise my with the warp stabilization effect in Premiere pro or after effects. Using a simple monopod and the sensor stabilization the mirrorless camera, I can rather fast create stable footage.
This video is shot with out a gimbal, with the gh5 and post production done in premiere pro and After effects.
This is rather advance After effects technique, but worth your time. I'm sure. We'll use the 3d Camera tracker and a plugin called Orient the world.
