Hi loves! I am back with another video! Today I am sharing three of my favorite easy and fun Vegan Mac and Cheese recipes. This Mac and Cheese sauce requires no blending or vegetables. With just a few ingredients you can have delicious creamy Vegan Mac and Cheese!

BASIC MAC N CHEESE

Serves 1 2
Ingredients
Pasta of your choice
1 1/2 tbsp vegan butter
1 c almond milk (add more to thin out if sauce is to thick)
2 tbsp flour (add less or more depending on how thick you want your sauce to be. Also Tapicoa Startch works great)
Salt
Vegan cheddar cheeze shreds (I used 1 c)
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1. Add vegan butter to a heated medium saucepan. Once melted add almond milk. Whisk in flour fast so it does not clump. Once roux starts to thicken add cheeze, salt and nutritional yeast. Blend together until cheeze is melted and sauce is smooth.
2. Serve over your favorite pasta.

BROCCOLI MAC

Serves 1 -2
Ingredients
Cheeze sauce ingredients from above
Pasta of your choice
Steamed broccoli
1. Add cooked pasta, cheeze sauce and broccoli to a bowl. Mix together and serve.

TACO MAC
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Serves 1 - 2
Ingredients
Cheeze sauce recipe from above
Pasta of your choice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 c vegan ground (I used Beyond Meat)
2 tbsp taco seasoning
2/3 c veggie broth
Green onions & tomatoes for garnish
1. Add oil to a skillet. Once heated add vegan ground. Cook for 1 minute stirring frequently. Add taco seasoning and veggie broth. Stir and simmer for 3 minutes. Add in pasta and cheeze sauce.Stir and cook for an additional minute. Garnish with your favorite toppings and serve
