Been an interesting 24 hours. I did go into the Naked brand fruit drink for a pick me up. They have a Pina Colada flavor that is really great tasting. I also have the strawberry / banana flavor that is just like drinking fruit ice cream.
But no solid food for three days so far. Haver a great Labor Day everyone.

please do not drink diet cokes or diet Pepsis. The Aspartame in them is poison. Splenda and sucralose are also two very toxic chemicals added because they are very addictive and very cheap to make. Anyone suffering from a depression drinking these three poisons will have a much harder time fighting their depression. All three chemicals attack the brain as soon as you drink them. Please read the ingredients lists of everything you buy and if it contains Aspartame, Splenda or Sucralose simply do not buy it. Nobody you love deserves to be poisoned.
