(25 Nov 1976) Syrian ambassador to the United Nations, Mowaffak Allaf, give speech in the UN General Assembly that Israel is trying to deceive the world public opinion. Israel is blocking any real negotiations. The vote is declared by the President of the General Assembly, Hamilton Shirley Amerasinghe who announces that the draft resolution is adopted.
