The Vanuatu President, His Exellency Nikenike Vurobaravu explain the reason behind his decision on the dissolution of Parliament just over halfway through the current four-year-term.
President Nikenike Vurobaravu signed the instrument for the dissolution of parliament on 18 August on a proposed motion of no confidence towards the caretaker Prime minister Bob Loughman Weibur.
