This is what really happens at my spiritual wellness retreat in Costa Rica, Awaken The Dream! In January of 2024 we invited a group of strangers from all over the world to Costa Rica for a week of wellness, adventure, personal growth, spiritual transformation, and community activation.

And that’s why I designed Awaken The Dream, a retreat that brings the best of Sky Life into one magical, dream-like container.

Awaken The Dream is a wellness adventure retreat curated to help people awaken their dream reality, all while immersed in the profound beauty of Costa Rica, a place that has deeply impacted me. Hosted at the stunning Selva Armonia eco-resort, overlooking the famous whales tail.
