The biggest collab of 2022 that no one saw coming is here! Sydney DJ duo Sunset Bros have teamed up with the iconic Shannon Noll to produce a banging new version of Nollsie’s 2004 hit ‘What About Me’. With teasers already garnering hundreds of thousands of views on TikTok, and Shannon’s Australia Idol alum Guy Sebastian and Osher Gunsberg throwing their support behind the track, Sunset Bros and Shannon Noll ‘What About Me’ is ready to take over when it’s officially released on September 16th via TMRW Music.

Since Sunset Bros posted on social media about potentially remaking the classic track, fans have been frothing to hear the finished product. Shannon even joined Sunset Bros on stage at their sold-out Hordern show last month to the absolute surprise and delight of the 5,000 people in the room.

Sunset Bros share their experience of working with the legendary Nollsie, “Being able to work with an Aussie icon like Shannon was pretty surreal; it challenged and definitely inspired us to do something that hasn't really been done musically before. It's just one of those tracks with a special healing power. It takes you someplace else for those couple of minutes and when you return, you're like, wow I didn't expect that! He's a proper gentleman and we are honoured to be able call him a friend for life.”

Shannon adds, "I’m really excited to see what the fans think of this new version of What About Me! I’ve wanted to re-record the vocals for so long and I finally got a chance to do so! The Sunset Bros were so much fun to work with and I think they nailed the remix! I’ve been getting so many messages from friends saying how much they love the new track! I hope it goes well given it’s been nearly 20 years since I recorded it the first time!’
