Playa de los Cancajos is located on the east coast of La Palma, Canary Islands, in the resort town of Los Cancajos. It is actually a series of several connected small beaches and coves. It is one of the best places on the whole island to go swimming because it is usually calm water and there are lifeguards on duty all year. The sand is black but soft on your feet. There are great views of the surrounding mountains and Santa Cruz de La Palma.
