Spend 6 minutes with me and ride along for my participation in this year's Extreme Kayak Fishing Tournament: Summer Slam Part 1.

The day started with optimism as the surf was calm and the rain from the day before seemed to be giving us a break. Unfortunately, by 11am most of the 120 kayak anglers got caught up in the worsening weather conditions. A few kayaks needed to be rescued, but everyone made it back in one piece.
