This is an installation guide for installing Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6 into Parallels Desktop 8 within Mac OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.

I hope this will help somebody who has a new Mac but wants to be able to run older software like FreeHand MX.

This preparation of the disk image can also be completed on a Mountain Lion Mac, but I could not get it to work so I had to use Snow Leopard for creating the disk image.
