🍑Ingredients/材料🍑
4 eggs/卵
200g sugar/砂糖
200 g flour/小麦粉
1 pinch of salt/塩
2 spoon of melted butter/溶かしバター
240 ml milk/牛乳
400g of apricot/アプリコット
1 tsp vanilla extract/バニラエッセンス
for coating plate, semolina /セモリナ粉 (or sugar/砂糖)
🍳Process🍳
1. Mix eggs and sugar, whisk it up until it gets white and shiny.
2. Add salt, flour, melted butter, milk, vanilla extract and mix well until it gets smooth
3. Grease the baking tray by butter and sprinkle with semolina/ sugar
4. Remove the seeds and cut in two the apricot, place apricots on coated tray
5. Pour the dough
6. Bake in oven, at 180℃ for 40-45 minutes (Preheat the oven at 180 ℃) or until the top is slightly domed and wooden skewer or knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.

1. 玉子と砂糖をハンドミキサーで混ぜます。白く輝かしくなるまで混ぜます
2. 砂糖、小麦粉、溶かしバター、牛乳、バニラエッセンスを加えよく混ぜます
3. ケーキ皿にバターを塗り、セモリナ粉もしくは砂糖を振りかけます
4. アプリコットを置きます
5. 生地を流し込みます
6. 180℃ 40-45分 オーブンで焼きます, 竹串をさして生地がついてこなければ出来上がりです。
