Testing my limit for hypothermia. 7-10°C/30-50 min.
Need to warm myself 20 min before i safely can drive.
My maximum level so far is 50 min 10°C or 7°C for 40 min. I dont know if its to dangerous to continue this.
The temprature zone 7°C for serious health hazzard is 20-40min. Unconsiouness Cardiac arrest after 60 min.
Im a medical dr. My ECG is normal. My QTc time is 470ms. I have done coronary artherial CT scan that is normal. I have asthma. But never gotten worse after geting hypothermic.
I measured my core body temprature after 12°C after about 30 min. It was 36,6. my normal body temprature i dont know. I will measure next time.
One time i stayed to long started loosing motor /balance control. Feel 3 times and a man helped me to the car. He came and asked me some minutes after if i were going to drive my car. I was not abel to unlock my car so i had to bite the car key. I knew it was dangerous because i
felt drunk. I think he was worried.
I have high capasity/tolleranse for cold water exposure and trained for this over time. For me i only needed three months for developing tollerance. Now winter is coming here. I need to be more careful now.
I also did what freedivers never shuold do. Diving alone. Safety rules should be followed.
