This Mosaic movie was acquired while simultaneously photoactivating GFP in multiple ROI's while acquiring images in real time on a Nikon TIRF system. This movie demonstrates that the Mosaic can target and photoactivate multiple very small regions, the smallest at the diffraction limit.
