I decided to try festool out for the first time and I understand the hype, its pretty good.
The problem is I have a mountain of sanding discs with the wrong hole pattern
So I want to make something that can correct that.
I measure the hole spacing on the sander, and draw a little fixture that will hold the sandpaper and guide a punch to cut the holes.
I took my time at the cnc to dial in the dimensions so that the parts fit without binding, and the punch would be tighter on the upper guide holes and have a slight relief in the lower holes.
There was only one hanging chad on this one but with a few upgrades this thing could be even better.
