I love carob. Carob pods taste like chocolate bars. Carob is high in antioxidants. Carob makes a great chocolate substitute. Carb makes me horny. I really wish there was more carob in the stores. I prefer the taste and health benefits of raw carob compared to roasted carob. There is many people who believe John the baptist, the guy who baptized Jesus according to the bible ate locusts, however this translation could of been for locust beans which is another word for carob. I'm not religious at all, but just thought I share some fun trivia. What do you guys think did John the Baptist at bugs? Carob, carob, carob, carob......
