In this video we learn from surgeon Ravi D. Goel MD from New Jersey his technique of implanting a pupil expansion device (Malyugin Ring) to aid in dilation for cataract surgery.

In this case, upon ring insertion, there is some bleeding of the nasal iris. This is handled beautifully by Dr. Goel and the rest of the case flows beautifully.
