Kristen arrives back in town, but is leery of contacting her mother, Stephanie. Eric has hit Deacon with his car. Eric explains to the police that he lost control of his car, but they can’t buy his excuse because the car was parked prior to the accident. Brooke and Bridget arrive at the hospital, Bridget is relieved that Deacon’s injuries are minor. When the cops arrive with a handcuffed Eric, they ask if Eric should be charged with attempted homicide or if this was simply an unfortunate accident.
