We take an easy walk to the upscale neighbourhood of Coco Bay Estates, in Playas del Coco, Costa Rica. Checking out the Club, at Coco Bay, which offers serious and casual Tennis and the popular game of Pickleball. With membership, you have access to the amenities offered by the club, including the Beach Club at Ocotal Beach.
Along with the Club at Coco Bay Estates, we take a look at this private gated community and its upscale homes.
A few days later, we take a walk from Playas del Coco, through the charming Tico neighbourhoods, on route to the residential and beach community of Ocotal. Ocotal is a beautiful beach community, where the homes are perched on steep hills to take advantage of the breathtaking views of the bay. There we enjoy a day at the beach, watching horse riding along the beach trails, and treated to the view of frolicking monkeys in the nearby trees.
And of course, we enjoyed a BIG lunch and refreshing beverages at Father Roosters Restaurant. Tip: we do not recommend you walk back to Playas del Coco at mid-day... it's simply too hot.
