So progressive mode is pretty cool. I think the one limiting factor for myself is I can't figure out a way to kara cancel anything that ends in a down forward motion, but anything you can zig zag the input on, such as a down to up motion, is super practical on pad.
All of my match vids are played on arcade stick, but this game has a lot of good ideas hidden underneath a mostly barren release.
