(23 May 2017) WITNESS SAYS MAN LED AWAY FROM MANCHESTER HOUSE
Police raided a house in the Fallowfield district of south Manchester on Tuesday as part of their investigation into the concert blast in Manchester.
Just after 1230 local time (1130 GMT), locals heard a large explosion, then watched as police took away a man, believed by witnesses to be in his mid-to-late 20s.
Local resident Neville Edwards described what many saw and explained the explosion was caused when police gained entry into the house by blowing off the front doors.
He also said the house was owned by an elderly couple up until 12-18 months ago and that his friends who lived near the property said it was being rented out.
Manchester police did not name the man who was led away.
