Here's a loved Trinbagonian snack or appetizer. It's so simple to make, yet so delicious.
Here's what you'll need:
2 Mature-Ripe Breadfruits
2 tsps salt
10-12 leaves of shadon beni/bhandanya
10 cloves/ 1 head of garlic
1 hot pepper
oil to fry
Fry for 12 minutes, 6 minutes on each side.
