Massage technique for jaw muscle tension and tightness -
1. Use oil & clean hands (you may use gloves if preferred)
2. Slow, gentle moves (this video is sped up)
3. Slide thumb all the way in & clench teeth few times to
feel muscles at work. You need to feel the muscles to understand what you need to address
4. Thumb is working from inside as well
5. After massage, apply tape to intensify the effect if desired

6. Work all the way from zygomatic bone down
7. Stay a bit longer on sensitive spots
8. Keep face & neck relaxed
