A mid term audit on the FY 2020/21 budget performance to climate change interventions in selected programs of the third national development plan 2 (NDP II) has faulted government for leaving out climate change in it’s budgeting processes, further exposing the vulnerability of key climate sectors of the economy such as Agriculture, Tourism.
