Ingredients:
Salmon - 1-1.5 kg
Potato - 300 g
Onion - 150 g
Leek - 150 g
Fennel - 150 g
Cream 12% - 100-150 ml
Celery root - 100 g
Green onion - 100 g
Carrot - 100 g
Dry aromatic herbs - 5 g
Salt - 5 g
Cooking instructions:
Remove the scales from fish.
Cut the fish fillet halves off along the spine and trim the fins off.
Remove the skin from the fish fillet and cut the fillet into pieces.
Boil fish bone broth in a saucepan.
Chop carrots, potatoes, celery and onions.
Remove the bones and strain the broth.
Add salt to the saucepan.
Put the carrots, potatoes, celery and onions into the saucepan with the broth.
Cook it over low heat.
Chop fennel and put it into the saucepan.
Chop leeks, green onions and put them in the saucepan.
Put the fish fillet in the saucepan.
Add aromatic herbs.
