DraftSight is often used as a collaboration tool to communicate with other departments, companies, or vendors using 2D design data, even if you yourself are working in 3D. Design data provided in PDF format can be difficult to modify and revise, but the PDF Import functionality of DraftSight allows for quick conversion to DWG format for full editing and reviewing capability. In this video, we cover the PDF import capability offered in both versions of DraftSight Enterprise along with some critical options for successfully converting PDF to DWG with both single files and batch processing.
